The throbbing pulse of my racing heart
My body glows, in the pale moonlight
Waves of heat roll over my skin
A beacon, calling out in the night
Guiding you safely into my arms
Shining bright like the heart of the sun
Burning brightly as you approach me
A phoenix dancing in the darkness
Like moths we dance close to the candle
Soaring then plunging to the center
Of unquenched desire's molten core
I burn for you like the heart of the sun.
"WHEN ONE DOOR CLOSES, ANOTHER OPENS, BUT WE OFTEN LOOK SO LONG AND SO REGRETFULLY UPON THE CLOSED DOOR THAT WE DO NOT SEE THE ONE THAT HAS OPENED FOR US."
