"WHEN ONE DOOR CLOSES, ANOTHER OPENS, BUT WE OFTEN LOOK SO LONG AND SO REGRETFULLY UPON THE CLOSED DOOR THAT WE DO NOT SEE THE ONE THAT HAS OPENED FOR US."

Home

When I was in the darkest of my days
They took my sorrow and took my pain
And washed it away, washed it away
And they were my mom and dad

I wish I could lay down beside you
When the day is done
And wake up to your face against the morning sun
But I know I'm far away from you

There's a place I could wash my pain
Close to neon lights and shine on
I'd rather spend my days hiding there
And you know I call that home.
